What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

I am in the building trade. There were proceeds from 2 jobs totaling $30K that were to be split 50/50 between me and my brother. We went into a partnership on 2 more houses with the agreement that all of the money went in and the resulting profits would be split and the original investment returned. It turns out that he took 15K of the original investment in cash and used my $15k as the investment money.

My questions are .........

Should I now expect all profits from the 2 houses OR

Can I demand $7500.00 now and keep the deal as it is OR

Can I have him arrested for theft and get my original 15k back

What are my legal options besides blowing his fool head off ?

thanx

*** Your only RIGHTS are to the original deal. Any modifications you make would have to be agreed by all parties.... hopefully in writing.

"Can I have him arrested for theft and get my original 15k back"
*** No. He didn't steal it.

"What are my legal options besides blowing his fool head off ?"
*** Get an attorney.
