What is the name of your state? Texas
I have a promissary note signed by a defendant and one signed by the indeminitor. 1) I would like to know how can I sue the both of them for non payment without taking them to small claims courts so I can enforce the judgment? 2) Can I sue before the judgment is final?
Thanks
B
