Suing an insurance company

I dont know if this is the right place i cant seem to find a specific place to put this, I am after some advice on suing an insurance company for incompetance and stress and health probles cause by a building claim which has been ongoing for 18months

after a few nites on google this seems to be te only advice place do any of you know of a uk based site or maybe a euro based site
