What is the name of your state? Florida
I recently bit into a candy bar and found a piece of rubber material hanging out of the candy bar. Can I post a consumer alert web page on the internet to warn consumers about the tainted candy without risk of legal retaliation.

Why not just contact the FDA and let them determine whether or not there is a threat worth warning consumers about?
