What is the name of your state? Texas.
We won a judgment which the defendant chooses to ignore. I want to send a letter "interrogatory" to aid in discovery of his assets, but do not know which documents to demand and how the letter is written or delivered.

Also, we know he has more than one car. But, both have liens by the bank and one has a joint owner (not spouse). Since he is allowed a vehicle to get to work, can he claim the second vehicle isn't his because of the joint ownership?

If we execute a writ of execution, who gets to choose which car is seized? One is not worth the judgement amount the other is. Thank you; I appreciate your time.

I'm sick and tired of watching this guy drive his nice new truck by my house when he owes us over $3000.
