What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? california
hey everyone,
my ex and my self are in disagreement of many things and she is keeping my children from me and although we havent gone to court yet, i am in the process of saving for that blessed date. she has sent many texts saying that she will quit so that i have to pay more child support and that she stopped making payments on a co-owned car so that she could ruin my credit and i wanted to know if things like that were admissible in court?

save the text messages for when you go to court. See if there is a way you can print them out. make sure that you get the information of her phone number to proove that the person texting you is her.
