hello, i am apart of a message board where people sell and trade items, its all used items from individual people not a business. i was doing a deal with a guy and he sent me the wrong product, we were doing a "trade" of items and i sent mine first and when he sent me his item it was not what he was suppose to send, it was totally different. and my item is pretty expensive $600. but there was no contract or anything like that, we were just talking back and forth to eachother in a message board PM's.
do i got a case for this or is there nothing i can do about it?
there was no money involved either it was just an even trade. all i got is the guys name and address. what can i do?
