What is the name of your state? New york, Was wondering how long do you have to file claim ? My situation : I lent friend money , Then soon after she disappeared. I made several attempts to contact even her family. But with no help I could not find her. She had no addresses no phone number Nothing! So am i still bound by statute of limitations?
