What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

I was towed away from a private property lot that didn't have the proper sign's according to Florida Statutes. The cost was $175 and I am planning on going to small claims court. Should I go after the owner of the land who had me towed away ,or go after the towing company? I don't think the towing company would of done this without the ownwers permission. Also can I ask for court cost and other fee's that may arise?

Suing both?

My dollars are very low due to recession and suing both can be more than i can handel. Which would be the logical choice? Thanks for responding?
