What is the name of your state? Pa.
My ex girlfriend is takeing me to small claims court over a 250.00 trampoline. The trampoline was bought as a christmas gift from her mother. The gift is for my two sons her daughter and our son we have together. Can she sue me for the 250.00 even though it was gift from her mother at christmas and she didnt pay for it.

I guess I dont understand what she would sue you for? Does she want the 250 cash for herself? Sounds like shes blowing smoke.

let her take you to court if I were the judge I would want the children to have a trampaline....Good luck
