What is the name of your state? Florida

At a SCC trial, if the defense's lawyer brings witnesses, can I call
them to witness as part of my Plaintiff case, before the defense calls them for his arguments?

Their testimony based off questions on evidence that I have to present, "records of who did what when, etc.", will support my case.

thanks

have you served those witnesses with subpoenas to testify?

The defense attorney may keep his witnesses outside of the courtroom until it is time for defense questioning.

You're right! I knew that but forgot - witnesses usually don't attend the full trial

Thanks, :)
