What is the name of your state? Minnesota
I was stupid and bought a truck with an ex. I am the sole owner of the truck and he is the co-signer of the truck. We had to do it this way because he didn't have any credit established and the only way to do so was to be on a loan of some sort. He drives the vechicle i don't. The loan is my name but the title has both of our names on it mine on top. Every month he hand delivers a payment to me to pay the loan and I pay it online to make sure that it gets done. The loan still has about 2,300 dollars left on it. Well he's late and there's no way of me getting ahold of him. I think that he lost his job and his phone is disconnected. Can I since i'm owner report it as stolen? Or what should I do? I need my name off of this vehicle.

Q: Can I since i'm owner report it as stolen?

A: A person who owns the car cannot steal it.

Q: Or what should I do?
