I purchased a truck 2 years ago from a private party. I did not recieve the title. The seller leased it and never paid the truck off. He is currently still paying on the lease. The lease comes due on March 2005. He is probably not going to pay the lease off. The only proof of sale is the check I used to pay for the truck.($26,500) What can I do if the truck is taken from me? Can the truck be taken from me?
