What is the name of your state? Pa.
adult had borrowed money from my 2 kids, age 14, 17.when i file in district court. do i add their their names below mine? i am tring to get moneies long over due back to all of us. the adult is my stepson age 28. he also took the 14 year old out to purchese that i was against. both were awear of it. then he told my son to tell me lies to cover up. is this not coruping morals of a minor charge?
please help.
