I had lent 200 dollars to a friend and his g/f to go on a trip w/ us. He paid back half and has not paid us the other hundered. We did not have a agreement on paper but he agreed to pay back for his g.f and him verbally to me and my husband.Do I Have any chance if i bring him to small claims court?
