What is the name of your state? Florida

I read that wage garnishment was acceptable in Florida as a way to collect on a judgment if the defendent has no property or assets to seize (or put a lien on). However, it stated that you may not garnish the wages of the "head of a household".

My question:

What constitutes the head of a household?
