What is the name of your state? Tennessee

I am trying to recover property from a roomate that changed the locks on me without notice. It has been one month since she changed the locks and refuses to give me back my things. I have taken it upon myself to file a 'General Sessions Warrant' against her. My problem is that I would like the warrant to be served to her in a different county than she lives in. Is that possible?
