hi,

i am inquiring about a situation i got myself into. I let a friend borrow $400.00 from me a month ago but we had a huge falling out with name calling and no going back to best friends. There was no written agreement and i think only his mother might know that i lend him money. Is there anything, anyone or anywhere i could turn to to get back this money legally?

Yep. It is called 'small claims court'. Go file on your friend... then show up when the hearing is set and present your EVIDENCE of the loan.
