What is the name of your state? WIMy parents were defrauded in AZ by a real con-artist. He has since pled quilty to 8 counts of Federal fraud as monies were passed via WI to AZ. My parents lost their life savings to this person. Is there anyway they can sue him. But most of all is there anyway my parents could find out what this person owns to see if there is anything to recover before they invest anymore money into this heartless soul.
