what is the civil code that states the a plaintiff in a small claims court case can't appeal his case? i found it
if they lose the vacate judgement, is the appeal only for the counter suit?
does a trial de novo mean both cases are stating over or just the hearing of the counter suit becase the plaintiff lost their case?
