What county do I file in?

I live in Oklahoma
I am having to file in small claims court against my adopted sister because she agreed to split the lawyer fees to settle our father's estate and then didn't. I live in Oklahoma County and my dad's estate was decided and settled in Oklahoma county but she lives in Seminole county.

We asked at the small claims court office and they advised to ask a lawyer to make sure that we didn't file in the wrong county.What is the name of your state?

Sue her in the county where she lives; she can hardly claim that is an incovenient place!
