Question What does "without leave of court" mean?

What is the name of your state? Florida

What does "leave of court" mean in "the opposing party shall not be entitled to initiate such discovery without leave of court"?

I can't sleep, so I'll answer--it means without the permission of the court.

Red face Thanks, you should watch Angel Eyes

Thanks for your reply. You should watch Angel Eyes with Jenifer Lopez, she can't sleep in the movie, so is always up at night.

    Thanks again
