What EXACTLY are you claiming your ex still has and refuses to give back or owes you for?

Be very careful in what you are asking for. If this was your ex, then a lot of what you think you are entitled to could be considered gifts to her. Just because you paid for them doesn't necessarily mean you are entitled to get them back if you gave them to her as gifts.

When the judge considers the evidence, they will look at the context in which the items were exchanged. If you have no written agreements or other documentation between the both of you for repayment of debts or return of items, they are unlikely to find in your favor.

And spare me the immature lecture. Don't need to hear them.
What?!

With all due respect for your frustrations – many of which I suspect are your own doing and undoing...

Did you give any thought as to how the voluntary contributors in here would react to your presumptuous insulting put down?

Or is it just standard practice on your part to rudely bully, menace and intimidate others into complying with your dictates?

It was sufferable enough wadding through the morass of your disjointed, self-serving – 99% inconsequential - “Hatfield and McCoy" rambling without being greeted at the end with such a contemptuous turn-off!
