What is the name of your state? Wisconsin
My ex-husband has stored tools and things in my basement for three years. Was supposed to have removed them 2 yrs ago. Wants to take "some" of it now. Can I tell him everything or nothing? Its my stuff now? Something else? thanks.

what does "was supposed to remove them" mean?? was there some kind of an order ,agreement? why have you stored them for so long?? and if you wanted them gone, why are you arguing about it now?? Yes, you could tell him to take it all. what is it you really want and are trying to do??
