What proof do you need to prove slander?

If someone is slandering you around town, what kind of proof would you need to prove it seeing how im being slandered it might be hard to find anyone to tell me who is doing it.

There is no specific kind of proof required. You can use witness testimony, emails, voicemails, documents, letters, or anything else that is relevant.

The issue is that whatever you use to prove your case, it must be convincing by a preponderance of the evidence.
