I was wondering the chances of winning a Small Claims with a person I made 3 loans totaling $4800.00 between 09/2013 and 05/2014. The only proof I have they are loans is in a text on 7 of 2014 he wrote he would start paying the 3rd week of each month toward the loans. But, he never did until I spoke to his wife and see made to 2 small payments, 1st in the month of 1/2015 and 2nd was made in month of 2/2015. now its June of 2016 and neither one of them have responded to any of my request for payments since 02/2015
