What is the name of your state?Washington

I did some Appraisals for a Company and they have not paid in approx. 5 Months. Some of the Appraisals were in Oregon State. The Co. is Based out of Washington, But the Agent Who requested the Appraisals is in Oregon. Where Should the Suit be filed?? In the County Where the Work was Performed, The County of the Agent, Or the County of the Co.

Your best location is to file in the county where the defendant is located. Reason is that is where the defendants assets will be located when you go to pursue your judgment.
