What is the name of your state?
florida

I was about to file a small claim against a restaurant that my company did marketing and printing for.
I was about to file and just found out the owners have sold it to someone else.

who do i sue

as the work was done for the restaurant BUT the name on the contract (yeah its a slam dunk case) is the company that owned the restaurant

who do i sue?
new owners of the venue or the old owners

any help would be great

The only entity you can sue is the one that entered the contract. If it was a person or corporation that signed the agreement... that is the ONLY party that might have any liability to you.
