I won a small claims case in the amount of $1300 for past bills with an ex. Now I find out my ex was arrest for having coccaine and intent to distribute and also manufactor (Class F&D felonies) Should I just give up on this case since he will most likely go to prision? I have the best of luck!
How long does the judgement last, meaning if he gets out of jail 10 years from now, does the judgement still stand and I can go after him at that time. Thanks for your time!
