Won case - now what?

Virginia - won small claims case, no appeal, but know they will NOT pay - at all. How do I get a lien against their property? Is that the best way to ensure payment someday?

If this is an individual with a job, you could have their wages garnished. Your local courthouse will have info on how to do it. You could also force them to appear at an interrogatory where they have to disclose all their assets to you.
