What is the name of your state? Texas
My wife has a judgement against her and I would like to know what a lien can be placed on in Texas? Also can a lien be placed on a checking account in both of our names or a vehicle in both of our names? What about household goods, TV, stove, refrigerator, etc.

Texas is a "debtor-friendly" state. You even get a choice between state and federal exemptions, if you were to file bankruptcy. You don't mention the amount of the debt and it's unknown if BK is a consideration, but both are listed here and you can compare:

Though Texas is 'debtor friendly', 'dcatz' post is NOT correct. Lots of people mistakenly think that bankruptcy exemptions are the same as exemptions from judgment seizure. In this case, the selection of state or federal bankruptcy has NOTHING to do with your post anyway!!
