What is the name of your state maine?
I got a long story but i'm going make it short.I hire someone for a job to transport a boat from Florida to my home at Maine.So the guy I hire said he was a fright broker,so I paid this guy a $100 deposit but his guy or driver what ever this guy was,was unable to do this shipment.So now the aka broker told me he will refund my money via email but said he will mail it within next few days.So now it been a few weeks almost a month now and still no refund.Guy change his phone number and doesn't reply to my emails.He lives in Florida I live in Maine is it worth my time and effort to take this guy to small clams court?Its only a 100 bucks but still he said he will return it.I pay him via money order but haven't had it track down yet.Whats the best thing to do?
