another question

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? utah

:
i heard in the stateof nevada and utah that ssdi and ssi couldnt
be garnished because of a new law is this true and if it is when
did it take place.i forgot to tell you this is for arrears i know it
sounds bad.also does when does statuate of limitations end
in nevada or doesit.
