What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NC and NJ

My ex owes about $20,000.00 in areage in CS, I just found out that she has filed for SS disability. We have been divorced for more then 10 years so I am out of that picture I think? She has never had any kind of job that lasted more then a month or so, she hasn't worked much.
I know they pay from the time she applied or became disabled so would they intercept that and send it to me to pay the areage or send it to her? And could SSD be garnished?
Thanks y'all

SSI cannot be garnished; SSDI CAN be garnished.

If she hasn't worked much, she likely won't qualify for SSDI. So she'll be on the means-tested SSI, which again, cannot be garnished.
