Disability QuestionWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania. Seven years ago my wife broke both of ankles. One was misdiagnosed as a sprain. The other was broken. Five years ago, she applied for disability. Since she was limited in movement, and her ankles cause her a lot of pain whether on them or not. But her inital claim was denied. She never filed an appeal. My question is does she have to start over or can she continue with the process where she left off? Thank you for your time. |
