What is the name of your state? CO

I received my disability update report last month. and I know it is good that I haven't heard anything back. But I called the 1800 number to find out what's going on with it and nobody knows anything about it. They say it is gone to payment center and I don't know what that means, any help anyone? where can I get an update on my disability update report?
