Does social security administration count Earned Income Credit (I'm self employed) as income, and decrease or take away SSI and/or Social security check accordingly?

EITC's are excluded from income in determining SSI. And all that offsets Social Security benefits is worker's comp or public disability benefits. So the EITC does not affect SSDI either.
