What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ma. i was diagnosed with easophegeal cancer in dec 2008 i underwent chemo for six month and now have had an esophegectemy wich reqire three months recovery and probably more chem would i be eligble for ssdi

Look through the listing of impairments .

If your Dr. expects you to be disabled from doing any kind of gainful employment for 12 months or more ,you may qualify .
