What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY

I receive SSDI along with my wife and daughter.
My wife will be discontinued when my daughter is 16, and my daughter will be discontinued when she is 18.
My question:
Does my wifes cash benefit transfer to my daughter when she is no longer eligible? Does my daughters benefit transfer to me when she is not eligible?
For example:
Now I get $800 a month.
My wife and daughter each receive $300 a month.
When my wife is no longer eligible will my daughters benefit be $600 a month, and will my benefit increase $600 a month after my wife and daughters benefits expire?
I know these numbers do not match up to the family maximums of 150% of my SSDi but are only examples and not truly what we receive.
Thank you for any help!
