What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington State:confused:Ihave been on ssa for about 2 yrs. The social security adm says i qualify for help paying my medicare payments.The state says i dont qualify because my wife and i are not both on ssa .my ssa is our only income.Idont understand.Is the state in violation of federal law?
