Social security proof is easy to get. The party who receives the payments (in your case, your dad) will receive checks and a benefits letter outlining how much he gets. Just ask your dad for one of these documents, either one will establish proof of benefits.

You can't get it from SSA. It is not your business. If your father doesn't want to tell you, you won't have proof. HE can request a benefit verification for himself and give it to you. YOU cannot get proof.
