I am disabled and was wondering what my new child will get?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AL

I am disabled, about 60% of my income is Social Security and the other 40% or so is SSI. By the time I pay my rent and food, I never have anything at all left. My fiancee is about to have our daughter...she lives with her parents and I rent in a shared house....my daughter won't be living with me, and of course my fiancee won't be taking me to court as we are all very close and happy but cannot marry now due to finances. I was wondering if/what my daughter will be able to get in the way of SSI through me, and will it take away from my payment at all?

It will not take away from your benefit amount .

The amount your child's mother will receive for your child will be based on your SSDI from work history - not SSI . and is a separate entitlement for the support of child(ren) .

I don't know that amount .
