I live in California. My husband is on S.S.I. My question is if my husband dies will I loose my home? Both our names are on the title. I'm not sure if this will happen. We have thought of putting the house in my name only. Anyways I tried looking this up online & have found nothing regarding this.
if somebody could please help me I would really appreciate it so much.
