What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri
My ALJ denied my claim based on the ability to do PRW, yet PRW did not meet duration or SGA earnings on 07-20-2012. Then with no explanation, award letter, and nothing on the SSA website I started receiving SSI on 01-24-2013. Local and National have no info. Where do I get an explanation as to how & why? Title XVI claim only.
