What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio. Hi, I was filling out my Disability Update Report, and I made a big mistake. I have severe COPD and bipolar. I meant to mark condition worse, and accidently marked same. I did put doctor said I cannot work. There was no way that I could erase it and change things. I don't know if this will trigger a full CDR. It's not that I wouldn't pass a full CDR, I just don't want to go through all of that. Thank You, Pam

Call the office that initiated the questionnaire /review , and advise them .

If you do not know or remember where the review was generated , contact your local SSA office , or the toll free number .

However , if you were approved based on the prior condition(s) and marked same , You won't have much to worry about , I wouldn't think .

Thank You Very Much. I think that you are right. I was approved on the prior conditions. I should get a deferred CDR. Pam
