Medicaid and Selling your House

What is the name of your state? Nevada

My sister who lives in Las Vegas, Nevada is on Disability, Medicare and Medicaid. She recently broke her collar bone and is no longer able to keep up with her yard. She would like to sell her house and buy a condo or something that she could maintain and pay off some bills with the money from the sale of the house. Is this possible to do without jeopardizing her benefits? And if so, how?
