I am about to do time for a federal crime.
I have a ss hearing this week and im wondering,
even if i win the case, i wonder if ill get a letter saying all my back disability pay
will go towards restitution. i have a plea agreement and at sentencing the judge said i
think 10% of my income after incarceration has to go towards restitution every month
so im just asking does anyone know if i happen to win my ss case, do they check for restitution
owed or will i be entitled to the couple thousand they might owe me
