IL. I was awarded s.s.disability in 2001. I had recieved a work comp settlement in 2000. When I applied for disability, I was told I would have a setoff on disability check for 5 years. This amounts to about 320.00 a month. I understand the setoff part but I dont understand what happens after the five years. Will I start receiving more money on my s.s.disability check? I am 60 years old.
