What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ
i COLLECT SSDI NOW BUT, ORIGINAL PAPER WORK IS UNDER MY NAME. SSI KNOWS I GOT MARRIED. WE HAD A CHILD 16 YEARS AGO,BUT NEVER THOUGHT I COULD GET $ FOR HIM.
CAN I GET PAST $ FOR CHILD?
DO I GET MORE $ IF I GO UNDER MY HUSBANDS SSI?

I'll answer here since hx is slightly different. If your hubby is collecting SSI, he is required to declare what you receive into the household. If he is also receiving SSDI, it is irrelevant. You cannot collect arrears for a child.
