What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Mexico

I am receiving SSDI for 1 year and 3 months. My question is I live in a rural area and specific health Care is limited. I need a specialist to really help me in dealing. My SSDI award letter stated that I probably will get a review in 7 years (rather than the every 1 year or 5 years) because the disability probably won’t go away. Now, since I can’t get treatment based on living in a rural area, will SSDI continue if I'm not going to a doctor or what will happen? Will they discontinue me, I don't do prescription drugs as they don't help me and do I have to hire lawyers again if they stop because I don't have good medical access and have to find treatment out of state I can’t afford?

Thanks
